Phase 3 of the onboarding journey marks the exciting moment when your center officially goes live on ChildFriendly! This phase includes two parts: immediate launch support and ongoing post-onboarding assistance. The below checklist should give you a clear picture of what to expect during and after your Go Live week. Your Specialist will be available for real-time support during your first week, followed by regular weekly check-ins throughout your first month. After that, post-onboarding support will continue as needed to ensure your long-term success.
