Welcome to the Full-Service Onboarding Overview! This onboarding plan is designed to guide you step-by-step through a smooth and supported setup process. Working alongside your Onboarding Specialist, you’ll receive personalized support, training, and tools to ensure your center is fully equipped to go live with confidence.


Below is a high-level summary of key phases, meetings, and tasks you can expect, along with a target timeline for completion that you and your Onboarding Specialist will fill in together. 


Phase 1: Kick Off & Set Up

This phase lays the foundation for a successful onboarding. You’ll meet your dedicated Onboarding Specialist to review the project plan and timelines. Together, you’ll go over your goals, complete an in-depth walkthrough of your operational needs, and begin gathering the necessary data and documentation.


Key Activities:

  • Kick Off Meeting (joint session)

  • Submit General Information Checklist

  • Walkthrough/Data Meeting (joint session)

  • Submit completed Data Migration & Account Hook-Up Checklists


Phase 2: Orientation & Training

In this phase, we ensure you're confident using the platform. After your system is set up, we’ll walk you through a final review and provide tools for training your team and communicating with families. The focus is on equipping your staff with the knowledge they need for a successful rollout.


Key Activities:

  • Final Orientation Meeting (joint session)

  • Client-led training of staff

  • Communication and onboarding rollout to families


Phase 3: Go Live

The final phase! Your system is ready, your team is trained, and you’re fully prepared to go live. During this phase, you’ll begin using the platform in real time with ongoing access to support as needed.


Key Activities:

  • Official go-live date

  • Ongoing access to support for launch week and beyond
